Asta Pundzienė is a full professor of strategic management and organizational psychology at Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. Currently she is a visiting scholar at Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley. She has more than 15 years of experience in executive management of University research and innovations (Vice-Rector for research and innovations, Dean of the research school, Director of the management research institute). She is a member of many international research and professional networks, including membership in the board; manager of the numerous national and international research and innovation projects. She is a project manager of the first phase H2020 Teaming project as well as manager of the first H2020 Twining project in Lithuania. She has over five years of experience in start-up development and innovation management. Asta is a founding Editor of the Baltic Journal of Management . She has published more than 30 research papers, chapters of the books. Asta Pundzienė is a Chairman of the PhD program in Management and administration. Her current research is related with dynamic capabilities and competitiveness of the digital healthcare innovations as well as manifestation of dynamic capabilities of the technological SMEs across countries that are innovation leavers vs moderate or low innovators.
