ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Dr. Morteza Ghobakhloo

Morteza Ghobakhloo is an ERA Chair Team Member at the School of Economics and Management, Kaunas University of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and specializes in technology adoption and acceptance in the Industry 4.0 era, the business value of digitization, the business value of hybrid manufacturing system, and corporate sustainability. He has more than ten years of experience serving as a field engineer and technology implementation consultant in the manufacturing industry.

His areas of expertise are: Digital and operations technology development; Digital hybrid manufacturing systems; Digital production logistic systems; Sustainable-digital manufacturing; Digital supply network management.

ABOUT THE PRESENTATION

This webinar provides a historical overview of digital industrial transformation and discusses the recent development in the Industry 5.0 agenda.
